Bringing the Seraff Soul brand online was a challenge that the Pine Creative team relished. After gaining an excellent reputation and loyal customer base at Mind and Body Shows, it was time to extend their each online. For this project, we offered a full rebranding package with an updated logo, social media graphics and a fresh website. Online customers now have the opportunity to browse products by colour & choose from a range of shipping options which suit their requirements.
We worked closely with Seraff Souls to ensure all customer needs were met and small tweaks like this made a real impact on the overall user experience. As an already established business, Seraff Souls had a large backlog of products to upload which the Pine Creative team handled swiftly to ensure all new customers could browse the full range. Full website training has been given to the team at Seraff Souls for them to continuously update their frowning product range.
